RETURNS

As part of our "satisfied or refunded" guarantee, we offer the possibility of returning the purchased product without justification within 14 days following the date of purchase, provided that it is new, never worn and returned in its original packaging. original and intact. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. You have 7 days after contacting us to make the return. We are not responsible for the theft or disappearance of packages. If the deadlines are not met, we will not be able to reimburse you upon receipt of the return.

The returned product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging. We are not responsible for breakage of items due to transport; therefore, the repair costs are not our responsibility. In the event of an error on our part, the return costs are our responsibility.

Any return containing worn, damaged or worn jewelry will be systematically refused, and shipping will be at your expense. Personalized items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings are not returned. Any item damaged after being worn will only be subject to exchange, as will any item received damaged following transport.
